When purchasing in the Cofides online store the user declares to be 18 years old, or older.


Products and Prices

  • The prices for products are quoted in Euro. All prices are stated inclusive of valued added tax (VAT) at the relevant rate (currently 23%).

  • All articles presented are limited to the available stock.

  • Cofides reserves the right of changing the products sales conditions without previous notice.

  • Cofides tries to ensure that all the presented information has no errors. If they occur and are detected Cofides will proceed, as soon as possible, to its correction.

  • Cofides will not be held responsible for errors on the price and/or on the products characteristics, when these occur from technical problems beyond its control.

  • The products’ prices and specifications present on this website may be altered with no previous warning


1. Cofides Products


1.1 Purchase Conditions

All orders are executed by arrival order, and only after the payment confirmation. In the event of a temporary, or definitive, out of stock the client will be informed and, when possible, Cofides will suggest alternative products with similar characteristics. If this is not possible the client will be refunded in total, with no additional costs.

In the shopping cart exists a field reserved for discount codes introduction. These codes are attributed within promotional campaigns and follow the terms and conditions of the specific campaign. The codes cannot be combined with other promotions in progress at the time of its use.


1.2 Payment Methods

Clients have available the following payment methods:

Bank Transfer – The order may be paid by bank transfer at an ATM or by homebanking. At the end of the purchase the client will be informed of the IBAN and Swift that should be used to perform the payment. After the payment the client shall send Cofides the payment proof, with the indication of the order number.

Paypal – The order can also be paid by Paypal, being directed to your safe payment page after choosing the Paypal payment option.

The order process will only begin after its payment. If the payment is not made within 3 working days the order will be canceled.


1.3 Order Cancelation

By Client Request

The client may cancel his order. To do so the client must do one of the following: cancel the order in the user page, send an e-mail to cofides@cofides.com, or contact Cofides through the number (00351) 227 812 637, or, (00351) 933 285 883 – available every working day from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. – GMT Time.

By Cofides Decision

Cofides has the right to not process orders every time that there is any inconsistency in the presented personal data; misconduct from the Client side, or the payment is not made.

Every time any of the above situations is verified the Client will be duly informed of Cofides decision in not processing the order request.


1.4 Order Delivery

The order delivery fee is calculated at the end of the purchase, according to the destination. The delivery does not has any additional costs than the previous mentioned, excluding exceptional cases.


1.5 Returns and Exchanges

Cofides is responsible for the good conditions of the delivered products. Any complaint will be answered.

Cofides reserves itself to the right of analyzing the non-conform products and to approve, or not, the complaint according to the results. If any product is non-conform Cofides will exchange it, or return the purchase money.

According to the 4th Article of the DL143/2001 from the 26 of April of the Portuguese Law, the customer has the right to the free resolution of the contract in the following terms:

  • In the long distance contracts the costumer has 14 days, counting from the goods reception, to dissolve the contract, without any indemnity nor need to indicate motive, through the sending of a registered letter with reception notice communicating that will.
  • There will be the reimbursement of the product price within, maximum, 30 days. The product must be returned in good conditions of use (including the original package).
  • When receiving the order, if it is not in good conditions the costumer should immediately return it to the courier, so that the reposition process is initiated.

If, after receiving the product, the client verifies that it is not the correct size Cofides will exchange it without any costs. To process the exchange the product must be returned in the same conditions of delivery, and without being used.

2. Customized Products


2.1 Purchase Conditions

If you have chosen to acquire a customized product after submitting the list of products and your design – optional –, you will be contacted by Cofides that will support you in your order process.

There is no minimum quantity to order a customized equipment. However, the price varies according with the ordered quantity, prices are higher when the quantity is inferior to 10 units per article.


2.2 Payment Conditions

To begin the order process it must performed an initial payment of 40% of the budget, or the full payment. The last 60% must be paid when the order is ready.

The payment must be made by Bank Transfer at an ATM or by homebanking. At the end of the purchase the client will be informed of the IBAN and Swift that should be used to perform the payment. After the payment, the client shall send us the payment proof, with the indication of the order number.


2.3 Equipment Design

After the payment confirmation the order process will begin, starting with the equipment design by the Cofides Design team. According to the instructions given and the design sent (optional) there will be developed one, or several designs, until the costumer final approval.

The number of colors in the equipment is unlimited, as well as the number of logos. We require that the logotypes to be used are send in vectorial format (Corel or Illustrator). If the logotypes are not send in the indicated format (e.g. .jpg) there will be added a vectorization fee of 20.38 € per unit.

When the final design file is sent the client must observe attentively all the logotypes present in the equipment, and verify that there are no errors (e.g. typos or colors).

After choosing the final design it will be send, to an address of the client’s choice, an A3 size fabric with the print of the equipment for the colors approval. To approve the design and colors the client should send an approval e-mail so that it is possible to start production.

Cofides will not be held responsible for any typo, or graphical error, if it is in accordance with the approved sample.

Brand Cofides Identification

All articles are identified with 1 or 2 Cofides logos, these logos cannot be removed and have minimum standard dimensions that do not change the design of the equipment.


2.4 Choosing Sizes

Cofides will send samples of the products that will be acquired, this for the sizes choice per each user. Cofides will not be held responsible for errors in the sizes request.

The Client has the responsibility of returning the samples. The samples shall be returned within 15 days after its reception in the same conditions they have been received. If the samples are not returned within the established time period, or are defective, they will automatically be invoiced and the return will not be accepted.

After receiving the order the client will have a period of 8 working days to perform a new order to correct the sizes ordered, in this order the prices will be the same as in the first order. All the orders made after will be priced according to its quantity.


2.5 Order Delivery

The order delivery may be made directly at the Cofides store:

Or it may sent by courier, to the indicated address. The delivery fee will be calculated according with the order and will be paid by the costumer.


2.6 Returns

Customized equipment return is not accepted, unless they present some kind of technical non-conformity.


2.7 Production Timings

Equipment Design and Fabric for Color Approval | Samples for Sizes: 6 to 8 working days after the proforma invoice down payment (40%), and the send of all logos and instructions.

Sending the Fabric for Color Proof: 24 working hours after de digital design file approval.

Order Production | Delivery: Minimum of 3 Weeks and a maximum of 5 Weeks, after the fabric approval and equipment sizes information.
